We’re passionate about exploring our South African hop varieties, so for BeerEx we brewed 5 special limited release editions of Cape Cone each featuring a single hop variety, and a final hop blend edition.
Each beer in the Cape Cone Single Hop Series highlights a different hop variety:
- Southern Passion — passionfruit, wine-like
- African Queen — berry, dark fruit, wine
- Southern Aroma — floral, gentle spice
- Southern Sublime — tropical tones, green melon
- Southern Tropic — light fruit, cantaloupe
- Final special hop blend Cape Cone
Each expression is brewed to reveal how a single hop shapes aroma, flavour, and structure in the finished beer.
