This extraordinary Belgian-style ale is a collaboration with Peter Bouckaert, the world famous former brewmaster of Rodenboch, New Belgium and currently Purpose Brewing in Colorado.  Peter and Nick worked together at New Belgium and this beer threads a deep connection between two brewers.

This beer is brewed in the Art Nouveau style, inspired by the organic architecture of Victor Horta and the curving banister of the Hotel Tassel in Belgium.  The flavour legs of oats and wheat, short mash, very warm fermentation, local flowers, and a secret, rare wild yeast flow together to create beauty in a glass.
