King Nectar: Hazy IPA 12pk

King Nectar is a lush, East Coast IPA bursting with tropical intensity.  We packed it with intense amounts of Citra, Nectaron, and Southern Passion hops, unleashing notes of lychee, apricot, mango, and candied orange.

To dial it up and give it a hoppy midpalate, we gave it a cool soak of whole cone Southern Tropic hops in the hopback, layering in more waves of fresh citrus aroma.

A generous dose of wheat and oats gives it a silky, smooth body that lets those bold hop flavours shine — all wrapped up with a crisp, green hop finish.

This beer represents the “hazy” “new england” or east coast style of IPA.  These beers feature a large amount of high protein grains like wheat and oats, which give the beer a soft texture that supports a ton of hop flavour.
